We are pleased to offer free returns for website credit and exchanges ONLY. If you are unhappy with your unworn, packaged, and tagged item for any reason, you may return it in accordance with the Returns Policy below.
- 3E Brands Inc will only accept returns of items purchased on www.eeefy.com. We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased elsewhere.
- Items purchased from 3E Brands Inc via www.eeefy.com can only be returned using this policy. Department stores, boutiques, and other stores that carry product made by 3E Brands Inc will not accept returns of items purchased at www.eeefy.com.
- All items returned to www.eeefy.com must be in re-saleable condition, with original product packaging and tags attached. Items returned to www.eeefy.com that don’t meet these standards will be returned to the customer. 3E Brands Inc reserves the exclusive right to make final judgment to determine whether an item meets our return policy.
- Items returned must be returned in acceptable condition with a postmark less than 21 days after the delivery date and will be credited at item price for website credit (including any tax, but not including shipping costs) or exchanged for similar item (if damaged).
- Items purchased on www.eeefy.com and returned to 3E Brands Inc with a postmark over 21 days after the delivery date will not be eligible for website credit.
- If for any reason there are quality issues with your items please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase.
- Care must be taken to try on products so as not to damage the products. Any evidence against this policy will result in a refusal of your return.
- Items purchased on "final offer" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- 3E Brands Inc reserves the right to make final judgment on all returns and exchanges.
To return an item/items, please take the following steps:
1) Click here to start your Domestic Return. You will need the order number and the zip code of the order's shipping address. Click here for International Returns.
2) Follow the prompts in selecting the item(s) to return and the reason you are returning.
3) Upon completing your return request, you will be prompted to print the packing slip and prepaid shipping label. Include the packing slip in the package alongside the item(s) you are returning. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
4) Drop your sealed return package at a USPS drop box.
5) We will notify you by e-mail once the return has been received and processed. Typically, returns are processed within 14 days of receipt. A copy of your return confirmation will be sent to the email on file.
Items purchased can be exchanged in our Returns Center and customers can place a new order with website credit after the return has been received and processed.
